Overview #
The Referral System has been developed to reward users for successfully inviting others to join the platform. By sharing your unique referral link, you can earn incentives based on the activities of the users you refer.
Steps to Access Your Referrals #
- Go to Your Profile
- Click on your Profile icon or name (usually located in the top-right corner of the screen).
- Select the Referrals Option
- In the dropdown or sidebar menu, look for the Referrals tab and click on it.
- View Your Referral Dashboard
- You will now see your Referral Link, Referral Summary, and My Referrals table.

1. Accessing Your Referral Link #
Your personal referral link is available at the top of the Referrals System page. You can share this link with friends, colleagues, or on social media to encourage others to join the platform.

2. Referral Summary #

The Referral Summary section provides a comprehensive overview of your referral activity, including the following metrics:
Metric | Description |

Total Referred Users | The total number of users who have registered using your referral link. |
Total Referred Users (Paid) | The number of referred users who have met specific platform requirements (e.g., account verification). |
Total Referred Users Amount | The total amount of earnings generated from the activity of your referred users. |
Total Payment by PMT | The total payout you have received from PickMyTrade. |

- Total Referred Users (Paid): 11
- Total Referred Users Amount: 2655
- Total Payment by PMT: 950
3. My Referrals #
This section provides a detailed list of users you have referred, including their current engagement status.
Column | Description |
---|---|
User Email | The email address of the referred user. |
First Alert Sent | Indicates whether the referred user has received the initial notification (Yes/No). |
Total Amount Paid | The total contribution or activity amount of the referred user. |
Total Month Paid | The referred user’s monthly activity on the platform. |
Trademarks Connected | Displays whether the user’s account is Connected (active) or Disconnected (inactive). |

4. How to Maximize Referral Rewards #

- Follow Up: Encourage the referred users to complete their account setup and actively engage with the platform.
- Track Progress: Regularly review the My Referrals section to monitor the activities of your referred users and ensure that they are meeting the required platform criteria.
5. Troubleshooting #
In case you encounter any issues with your referral activities, here are some potential solutions:
- Duplicate Entries: If a user appears multiple times in your referral list, ensure that they are not creating duplicate accounts. Only unique accounts should be counted.
- Disconnected Status: A “Disconnected” status typically indicates that the referred user has either not completed the registration process or has been inactive. Encourage the user to complete their registration and re-engage with the platform.
