# Connecting Multiple Interactive Brokers (IB) Accounts to PickMyTrade

**Last Updated:** December 8, 2025  |  **Published:** October 29, 2025

### Introduction

This document is intended for users who wish to **automate trading on two different Trader Workstation (TWS) accounts** using **PickMyTrade** on the **same computer**.
It provides a step-by-step process to connect and manage multiple Interactive Brokers (IB) accounts—each operating independently under one PickMyTrade profile.

## Step-by-Step Guide

#### 1. Establish Connection with IB1

Begin by connecting your primary Interactive Brokers (IB) account, referred to as **IB1**, with PickMyTrade.
Launch the PickMyTrade IB application and log in using your **Trader Workstation (TWS)** credentials for IB1—for example, using your primary email such as _[pickmtrade1@gmail.com]()_.

#### 2. Access the Payment Section

Once your first IB connection is active, navigate to the **Payment** section in PickMyTrade.
This can be accessed from the sidebar menu as shown in the interface.

#### 3. Choose and Purchase a Subscription Plan

Select the appropriate subscription plan from the Payment section. Available options include:

- **Standard Plan:** $50 for 30 days
- **Quarterly Plan:** $135 for 91 days
- **Yearly Plan:** $500 per year

After completing the payment, additional connection slots will become available.

#### 4. Verify New Connection Availability

Once payment is successful, PickMyTrade will automatically enable a new connection slot, labeled as **IB2**.
This will appear as a new connection row in your account list. You can refer to the interface where IB2 is displayed as a separate connection, ready to be configured.

#### 5. Launch a Second IB Application Instance

On your computer, open another instance of the PickMyTrade IB application.
Log in using the **second IB account credentials (IB2)** through Trader Workstation (TWS)—for example, _[pickmtrade2@gmail.com]()_.
Ensure that both TWS instances are running independently and are associated with different email accounts.
Enter the login details for IB2 in the new PickMyTrade IB2 connection window.

### Outcome

After successfully completing the setup, both IB1 and IB2 will be connected under your PickMyTrade account.
Each account will link to its respective TWS session and email, allowing you to trade simultaneously and independently across both accounts.

This setup is ideal for users who wish to manage multiple Interactive Brokers accounts efficiently, ensuring each connection remains isolated and fully synchronized within PickMyTrade.
